Her career includes leadership roles at Sonora Quest Laboratories (a joint venture of Banner Health and Quest Diagnostics), CVS Health, and Accenture, where she drove strategic growth, P&L expansion, and post-M&A transformation initiatives. Noble is certified in Korn Ferry 360 Coaching, Leadership Architect™, and Predictive Index, and employs a data-driven, neuroscience-based approach tailored to high-performance environments.
