The New England Patriots will take on the Tennessee Titans at 1 p.m. ET next Sunday at Gillette Stadium. New England has a defense that allows only 16.09 points per game, so Tennessee’s offense will have their work cut out for them.

The Patriots got themselves on the board against the Atlanta Falcons on Thursday, but Atlanta never followed suit. New England took their game against Atlanta by a conclusive 25 to nothing score. No one had a standout game offensively for New England, but WR Nelson Agholor led the way with one touchdown. QB Mac Jones ended up with a passer rating of 156.50.

New England’s defense was a presence, holding Atlanta to a paltry 165 yards. The defense collected four interceptions. Those interceptions were spread across New England’s defensive unit.

Meanwhile, Tennessee came up short against the Houston Texans on Sunday, falling 22-13. This was hardly the result the Titans or its fans were betting on, as they were favored by 10 points over Houston heading into this matchup. QB Ryan Tannehill had a memorable game, but not in the way you want to be remembered: despite one touchdown, he threw four interceptions.

New England’s victory lifted them to 7-4 while Tennessee’s defeat dropped them down to 8-3. Giving up five turnovers, Tennessee had had trouble holding onto the ball. We’ll see if the Patriots can exploit that vulnerability.
