Vedic Astrologer Laurie Friese to be Featured on CUTV News Radio

Some people treat astrology like going to a movie. It’s entertainment. I want people who are searching for help.”
— Laurie Friese

HUDSON, WISCONSIN, UNITED STATES, May 2, 2017 /EINPresswire.com/ -- Most of us are familiar with the daily horoscopes you might find next to the crossword puzzle in the newspaper. These horoscopes are based on the Western astrology signs of the zodiac.

But there’s another type of astrology: Vedic Astrology. Based on the ancient Indian spiritual texts known as the Vedhas, Vedic Astrology, or “Jyotish,” (Sanskrit for “the eye of God” or “the light of spirit”) was first discovered untold ages ago. Vedic Astrology places the planets in their sidereal position, in other words, in the real signs of the Zodiac. When planets are placed in their proper positions, astrology takes on a whole new meaning. Every facet of your life from your personality, talents, likes and dislikes, to your love life, career, home, bank account, family, education, and everything else is seen in Vedic Astrology including some of the spiritual reasons behind your behavior

Laurie Friese is a Vedic astrologer.

“I’m not a fortune teller,” explains Friese. “The only things I can tell about you is what I know from looking at the heavens at the moment of your birth. People tend to lump astrology with crystal balls and psychics dressed up in gowns and rings. But really what I am is a mental health professional, a scientist, with a unique point of view. That’s what astrology really is, it’s math and science as well as the art of interpretation used to make educated guesses about your present life and future.”

According to Friese, though have freewill, we tend to live by our habits. That goes for this life and our past lives. Friese’s Vedic readings start from the perspective that you are a mature soul that has lived thousands of lives.

“Your birth chart is literally a picture of your past before you were born,” says Friese. “Every thought, desire, action, skill and talent is encoded in your horoscope. Your behavior in the past is a predictor of the future. All I do is extrapolate what I see in the chart to what might happen in the future based on your own inclinations and opportunities that you created in your past."

Friese was first introduced to Vedic Astrology In 1994 when she read Autobiography of a Yogi by Paramahansa Yogananda. She says her clients typically meet with her to discuss romance and relationships, career and money.

“Some people treat astrology like going to a movie, it’s entertainment to them,” says Friese. “I want people who are searching for real answers about their lives."
